I have been using Via for a little over three years now. And how I was introduced to it was purely by fate. At this point I was using a cane most of the time to walk with becuase of a bady arthritic hip that needed replacement. One evening, my friend called me up and said, “What are you doing in an hour? I just won tickets for Disco night at the Copa!” I responded, “Pick me up!”. We’ll there was three of us, two with canes, and by the end of the night we were more disabled than we were when we got there. Coming out of the ladies room we met Amy (Lefkowitz), Gold Director. Her dance partner was talking to my friends, and I hobbled over to join the conversation. They were talking about ViaViente. I told Amy I’m a Holistic Health Practitioner, and I have been looking for a product that has anti-inflammatory health benefits to help my hip and other conditions. Amy gave me her card. That was Jan. 18th, 2005.
The next day I was all involved in getting information about ViaViente online. I called Amy up on Jan. 19th to ask her questions. We spent a long time on the phone. The next day, I called her again, and she told me she was just on her way out. I said to her, “No, you can’t go. You have to enroll me! I got to have this!.” Well she did, and Amy has become my dear friend, coach and mentor since.
Yes, everyone it took time. But today, I am not walking with a cane. Those people who have met me through ViaViente events have seen the progression from needing a cane, to now walking normally. It is a miracle. And if you came to this site and have read my other stories, you know I believe in miracles!
Along the way, while the hip condition was improving, I also received many health benefits. From decrease in asthma flareups with bronchitis to improved night vision.
After menopause, I couldn’t drive at night. The glare from the cars would really bother me. After 8 months on Via, my eye doctor verified that my cateract formation has decreased by half. Now it’s minimal.
My husband also saw benefits with his vision. At 65, his perscription has to be decreased.
