If the client wishes his/her own health care provider to have a copy of any report, a formal release will have to be signed to waiver Ronnie Allen's responsibility in any causes and effects.

Some of the practitioners I know and use their services personally. Some have been referred to me by practitioners I know, but I am not personally familiar with their services. Some have responded to my postings, and I don't know them at all. It is your responsibility as the client to decide with whom you work for your own healing needs.

I hereby release Ronnie Allen from any or all liabilities or claims of whatever nature that may result from any healing report, verbal or written or from my failure to pursue medical remedies for any physical ailments I may have.
I acknowledge that I have not been dissuaded by Ronnie Allen from pursuing prescribed and appropriate medical care.
I can verify that I am over 21, and that my credit card is in my name.
I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to decide which practitioners and links I will pursue.
I acknowledge that if I e-mail Ronnie Allen with a healing question she will decide which ones will get posted on the website and which ones she will answer personally. It is her discretion which ones she will choose to answer.
