Gem elixirs
How you can increase your strength and physical stamina with amazing gem elixirs
Gem elixirs have been used for ages to enable one to self heal.
Most of the time gem elixirs are made with distilled or spring water and possibly brandy or some alcohol. I omit that. I found that the healing stones in spring water work perfectly fine.
When I was recovering from my physical trauma three years ago, (read about My Journey Back) I needed extra stamina and strength in the gym. I had to learn how to walk again and regenerate my muscles. I also wanted to eliminate any exercise-induced asthma, since I've been asthmatic since birth. So I used gem elixirs.
As a side note, the above is why I began my journey in holistic healing over ten years ago, to control my asthma. And I've been very successful at that, I might add.
Drinking water in the gym is a must and I thought why not put gem stones into the bottle so I can gain more from their energy. I made a gem elixir with the following stones:
- Agate: strength, protection
- Ametrine: helps one to recognize where change needs to be made in the body
- Apricot aventurine: Treats disorders of the lungs and adrenal glands
- Carnelian: gives the appetite for success
- Citrine: Builds up steady pace, increases stamina
- Fluorite: Helps the body absorb nutrients
- Labradorite: enables one to work long periods without tiring
- Petrified wood: Treatment of atrophied portions of the body, paralysis
- Sodalite: aids focus and concentration
- Sugilite: used in treatment of disease, asthma, tells one they are worthy of all they can be. Assists in the functioning of the adrenal glands, liver, eliminates toxins from the body
These gem elixirs do work! I find that I can lift more and do more reps when I drink the water energized.
